Description:
Minda is very simple, although the electronics involved are complex. Just press a button on the transmitter to send a signal to the receiver. On the receiver, one LED indicator lights up when a signal is received. Depending on local conditions, transmissions can be received up to 100 meters away.
The key fob transmitter has an LED confidence light to confirm transmission. Low battery condition is automatically signaled to the receiver.
The receiver is very small, so it can easily be carried in a pocket or worn on a belt. It is controlled by a low power microprocessor and features a user-selected audible tone or silent vibration to notify that a transmission has been received. The four pairs of LED indicators can then be checked to identify the signal. An audible alert can be given if the receiver is jammed by interference.
 A desktop/vehicle receiver is available for transmissions up to 300 meters, or up to 800 meters with an optional base station antenna. This unit can be main station operated and can also be used to activate remote equipment.
Other applications for Minda devices include: Surveillance by Customs officials, or store and hotel security staff; for personal security by VIPs and healthcare professionals.
