| Basestation or Headquarters Receive System: |
This system allows the communications center operator to select the proper antenna that is pointed a the area where the helicopter is operating. Once the helicopter is in range and the quadrant antenna is selected, the command center may watch the incident or emergency in action. The RBS-24 or 28 is placed on the tower nest to the antennas to cut down signal loss and the remote antenna controller is placed at the monitor in the communications center.
